Does not include tax, currently 9% (but subject to change) or small cleaning fee of $30US. * = No lowest rate for holiday peak times. Minimum booking is 3 nights. Cancellation Policy: A credit card number is required for reservations. You can cancel for free up to 30 days prior to arrival, after that will incur a charge 50% non refundable charge of the total booking amount which is payable 30 days prior to arrival and balance on arrival.
